Where exactly are you located?

We are conveniently located about 12 miles east of Palestine Texas on Hwy 84. Approximately:

• 177 miles northeast from Austin, Texas
• 112 miles Southeast from Dallas, Texas.
• 136 miles Southwest from Shreveport, Louisiana
• 155 miles Northeast from Houston, Texas

When would you recommend visiting?

Anytime as each season has its own attraction and entertainment. We are the only all-season clothing optional resort in Texas. Guests can enjoy our pool and spa year-round. In the winter, our pool is heated and covered with a large dome that maintains a comfortable temperature of 88 degrees. Other year-round amenities include, Club Birdcage, firepit area with sunning deck, smoker, BBQ, large griddle, and small pavilion.

How do I make reservations?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, Checks and Cash.

Will I need an ID?

Yes, a valid photo ID is required.

What if I want to stay for more time?

For additional days beyond your reservation just contact us and we'll see what we can do to accommodate you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN ACCOMODATION RENTALS?

Our cabins and the two bedroom house are equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. The RV rentals are equipped with standard RV appliances. All rentals include pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils for a service for four. Linens, bath towels and pillows are also provided. Please bring your own toiletries and pool / spa towels.

Do you sell Alcohol?

No, we are BYOB resort. Please arrange to bring your own beverages.

Is food available at the resort?

No, we do not sell food or beverages. On select Saturdays, a food truck will be available for guests to purchase meals. The city of Palestine is only 12 miles away from the resort and offer many restaurants and stores, Wal-Mart, Brookshires and Kroger are all located in Palestine.

Is there ice available at the resort?

Yes, Ice is available next to the office for a charge of $2.50/bag.

Do we have to be naked or topless?

No, absolutely NOT. 

Is there any conduct that can be considered as inappropriate?

Overly drunk, disorderly, or illegal behavior is not tolerated. No always means NO, and we always maintain a no-pressure, relaxed atmosphere. No sexual activity is allowed in any public areas of the resort.

Do you allow pets at the resort?

Yes, pets are allowed but must be on a leash in the open areas. We kindly ask for you to pick up after your pets and to help keep the resort clean. Pet Stations have been placed around the park for your convenience.

No vicious animals are allowed and are subject to management approval.
